Volunteer Form

Redbones
Cask-conditioned Ale Support Campaign (CASK)
CAMRA

May 2 - May 5 , 2007
Dilboy Post, VFW,
371 Summer Street,
Somerville, MA 02144

Come and help us to continue building a tradition of cask-conditioned beer in New England.
NERAX is the first New England area cask-conditioned beer festival. Once again, we are fortunate to have the support of Redbones restaurant in Davis Square, Somerville, and CAMRA, the Campaign for Real Ale. As always, we need volunteers in substantial numbers to help us do everything from setting up the festival to taking it down. While experience working at a beer festival would certainly be helpful, it is definitely not required.

Please use one form per person.

Section 1.     Basic information.

We will contact you in mid-April when our staffing needs are clearer, and we can tell you where and when to check in for each session you work. Also, we may need to contact you on short notice if there are last minute changes. Please supply phone numbers, etc., with this in mind.

You must give us an email address in order to volunteer online. If you don't have one, please print this form, fill it in manually, and fax or mail it to us.

Section 2.

Please check the sessions you plan to work and save a copy so you have a record of your plans.
All volunteers should be at the hall ½ hour prior to the opening of the festival.

We prefer that you be optimistic at first, but send corrections as necessary. (When sending a correction, please indicate all sessions you intend to work, as we will simply discard your former submission.) Until around the 2nd or 3rd weekend in April, this will be treated as preliminary. After that we will begin to assume your plans are final.

If you can work just a few hours, or your availability cuts across session boundaries, you are still welcome. Feel free to get creative if your circumstances so require.  Just type in the hours when you can work in the boxes below.
