VOLUNTEERING
If you wish to volunteer, please fill in the following form and click on the submit button at the bottom. Please include an email address as communication about volunteering at the festival will be by email. During the festival, we ask that you arrive about half an hour before the session starts (i.e. 6:00 for a 6:30 session start) to check in with the staffing manager and to meet with your supervisor to discuss what you will need to do during the session. Since the Saturday afternoon session is about twice as long as the weekday evening sessions, we are only asking people to work for half the session. If you are willing to help out on Saturday, please specify which half of the session you are available for. However if you are willing to help for the whole session, please feel free to signup for both halves. |
