Our beer procurement teams are putting together the beer selection for the festival. As in 2007, we expect to put together an elite list of beers. For example, last year's list included a number of award winning breweries, including Opa Opa, Gardner Ale House, Gritty McDuffs, and Little Valley, all winners at the 2007 Great British Beer Festival held in August. We also hope to serve British and American ciders.
Note that all casks will not be available at every session. To enhance your enjoyment, a beer will only be served when it has the correct clarity and carbonation level. Beers will drop bright at different rates due to a wide range of factors. Venting times to adjust the carbonation levels also vary. Thus some cask ales will be ready to serve before others.
In the meantime, you may see the 2007 lists of British and American beers and ciders. Or Click Here for a pdf version listing all the casks served during the festival.
