Cask @ Novare is an all cask beer festival hosted at Novare Res Bier Café with support from CASC. Like our NERAX festivals, Cask @ Novare offers a mix of American, British, and German cask-conditioned beers. The festival officially opens on Friday and continues through Saturday. If you can't bear to leave Novare Res, come in on Sunday to help properly care for these beers. (That is, drink them!)
This year we opened with 39 beers. The beer list includes a strong contingent of beers from Maine and the rest of New England. It also features a selection of British craft casks you won't find anywhere else, not to mention a special offering of German lagers served on gravity. Details are here.
