NERAX North 2011
November 10 - 12, 2011
The Tap
Haverhill MA
Please join us for NERAX North. 2011 marks our fifth year in the spacious hall at the TAP in Haverhill, MA. The TAP is conveniently located across the street from the Haverhill train station serving the MBTA Commuter Rail and the Amtrak Downeaster. At every session, you can enjoy a relaxed, convivial atmosphere and a spectacular array of over 40 cask-conditioned beers from New England and Britain.
This year we will feature beers from Thornbridge Brewery, brewers of the famed Jaipur IPA. During the session on Friday night, for an additional $10, you may attend a limited admission, private Tutored Tasting. Attendees will sample four quarter pints, including Thornbridge beers, and participate in commentary and conversation. Our guest this year is Steve Parkes, owner and lead instructor of the American Brewers Guild brewing school. As he put it, “Thornbridge are one of my favorite breweries in the world right now."
We also have one German beer:
Ungespundetes Landbier from Brauerei Bayer, a 4.7% Zwickel Bier, which was served during the Thursday evening session.
