Thank you for making Cask @ Novare an enormous success.

Novare Res Bier Café at 4 Canal Plaza, off Exchange Street, in the Old Port. hosted an all cask beer festival from September 24 to 26, 2010.

We opened with 30 Casks, a mix of 10 each of British, American, and German beers, as listed here and described here. On Saturday, we added six German beers to the lineup as well as a second firkin of the Castle Rock. We also served mead and cider.

We're also very grateful to Novare Res for hosting the festival and to all the brewers whose skill make it possible for us to present such fantastic beers on cask.
