Not all casks are available at every session. To enhance your enjoyment, a beer will only be served when it has the correct clarity and carbonation level. Beers will drop bright at different rates due to a wide range of factors. Venting times to adjust the carbonation levels also vary. Thus some cask ales will be ready to serve before others and thus some casks as listed as being in the hall will not served in some sessions. Though if a beer is listed as being ON, it has a good chance of being served at the next session.
As the festival goes on, we do our best to indicate which beers will be available each session. Please note that the final decisions regarding which beers are in proper condition to be served are taken by the cellar team just before the start of the session.
All of the following beer descriptions are based on information supplied by the breweries.
The type of finings used are indicated as follows: T-Traditional (Isinglass), V-Vegan (Biofine Clear), N-Not fined, U-Unknown

|Samuel Adams Colonial Ale (T)||13.9 P||4.9%||SAT-ON||
Traditionally brewed, using time honored four vessel brewing, we’ve added an ingredient used by the earliest American brewers: molasses. The molasses adds a natural sweetness to Samuel Adams bold hop note.In addition to the touch of molasses, we conjure the flavors of old fashioned malts with generous portions of highly-kilned malt and a touch of smoked malt to add complexity.

|Spring Training IPA (N)||6.3%||SAT-ON||
Available only during the brief Boston springtime, "Spring Training” breezes in like a breath of fresh air, ready to awaken your senses from a long, strange winter.
New England-grown pale and wheat malts contribute to the beer’s complex body and hazy straw-golden color. Ahtanum and Palisades hops, both relative newcomers on the hop varietal scene, were chosen for their essence of wildflowers and freshly-cut grass, evocative of floral springtime breezes. But don’t worry that these “pretty” hops won’t deliver a punch — in addition to extensive kettle hopping the beer is dry-hopped with even more Ahtanums to satisfy your hop craving.
