The New England Real Ale Exhibition is held each spring at the
George Dilboy Post
Davis Square, Somerville, MA

NERAX 2008 will be our 12th Festival. As in 2007, we will offer about 80 firkins of Real Ale. Half will be U.K. beers from England, Scotland, and Wales; and half will be American beers from New England. All the beers are cask-conditioned, served by gravity or hand-pump.

For a hint of what we offer, here are the UK and American beers served at NERAX 2007.

And during the festival you can also enjoy barbeque sandwiches from Redbones.

NERAX 2007 sessions and admission

This year, we are making a special effort to ensure a pleasant, pub-like atmosphere for all sessions. As always, there will be new casks tapped every day, with special British beers reserved for Saturday. We encourage you to attend the "off-peak" sessions on Wednesday and Saturday. Finally, admission will be strictly limited. Advance admissions are available now.

NERAX is a VFW-sponsored event to benefit Veterans.

NERAX is organized by the Cask-Conditioned Ale Support Campaign, or CASC.
CASC is dedicated to boosting awareness of and demand for Real Ale in New England.

NERAX North 2007

At The Tap in Haverhill

Thanks to all that came and made NERAX North a success. Keep and eye out for the second addition of NERAX North and see you next May in Somerville at NERAX.

NERAX North is New England Real Ale Exhibtion's first satellite festival. Please come join us in Haverhill for a smaller, more intimate, festival presenting an elite list of casks, based on our traditional mix of British and American cask ales.
